Last week, the Punto de Oro Padel Club hosted the I Enjoy Ibiza Padel Tournament, organized by Enjoy Ibiza Activities, the active tourism club promoted by the Tourism Promotion of the Island of Ibiza and financed by the Consell Insular d'Eivissa. An event that turned the slopes into a meeting point for athletes, fans and lovers of outdoor experiences.
For seven days, more than 160 participants enjoyed a competition marked by camaraderie, emotion and an excellent atmosphere, demonstrating once again that sport is one of the best ways to connect with the most active essence of the island.
A week of padel for all levels
From Monday to Sunday, players from different categories took part in a competition that offered intense matches, great sporting moments and many opportunities to share experiences on and off the court.
Beyond the results, the tournament stood out for creating a close and participatory atmosphere, where both regular players and fans were able to enjoy a week dedicated to sport and coexistence.
The success of participation confirms the growing interest in this type of event that combines physical activity, leisure and community.
Prizes to continue discovering the most active Ibiza
One of the great attractions of the tournament were the prizes provided by the associated companies of Enjoy Ibiza Activities.
The winners and participants were eligible for fantastic prizes as special as hot air balloon trips around Ibiza in a hot air balloon, kayak excursions with Kayak Ibiza, SUP Yoga sessions with SupYoga Ibiza, electric meharis routes with Emove Ibiza and Retro Rides Ibiza, sailing courses with Ibiza Virazón Charter and many other activities to continue exploring the island from new perspectives.
This philosophy perfectly reflects the spirit of Enjoy Ibiza Activities: to promote active, sustainable tourism linked to the territory, showing that Ibiza offers much more than its best-known landscapes.
The first step of an exciting sports circuit
The I Enjoy Ibiza Padel Tournament has not been an isolated competition.
This championship is part of a circuit made up of three tournaments that will continue over the next few months and will culminate with a great Final Master, where the best classified from the events organized together with Enjoy Ibiza, Amnesia Ibiza and the Fiestas de Es Canar will compete.
The grand final will take place in Girona during the first weekend of the final circuit, putting the finishing touch to an initiative that combines sport, experiences and fun on and off the island.
This has only just begun
The organization wanted to thank the funding of the Consell d'Eivissa, Ibiza Travel, the participation of all the players, collaborators and associated companies that have made the success of this first edition possible.
Thanks to their involvement, the tournament has established itself as a new sporting proposal within the Enjoy Ibiza Activities calendar.
If you missed this first edition, you are still in time to be part of the next events of the circuit. Because at Enjoy Ibiza Activities we continue to work to offer experiences that combine sport, nature and leisure throughout the year.
See you very soon on and off the track!
