Last Sunday, May 18th, Es Figueral beach became the epicentre of adventure with the celebration of the II Enjoy Ibiza Day, organised by the Enjoy Ibiza Activities experience club of the Fomento del Turismo de Ibiza.
More than 100 participants, both residents and tourists, enjoyed a day designed to discover the most authentic side of Ibiza through activities in direct contact with nature, the sea, and local culture.
A morning of adventures by land and sea
From 10:00 am, attendees split into groups to explore, by land and sea, some of the most beautiful spots on the northeast coast, such as sa Punta de ses Eres Roges, Pou des Lleó, and the islet of Tagomago.
On land, the hiking route guided by Ibiza Hike Station took participants to the historic Torre d’en Valls, while the electric motorbike route by Emove Ibiza offered a sustainable ride with spectacular views.
At sea, the crystal-clear waters set the stage for kayak, paddle surf, and BIG SUP routes, organised by Kayak-Ibiza, SUP Yoga / Paddle Surf Ibiza, and Anfibios Ibiza, who also provided a support boat. The most adventurous reached Tagomago, a protected natural area of great ecological value.
Gastronomy and unique experiences to end the day
At 2:00 pm, the Invisa Hotel Cala Verde welcomed participants with a paella to recharge and share their experiences.
The Sea Starlight experience by Ibiza Virazon Charter offered a unique activity combining sailing and astronomy, inspired by the techniques sailors once used to navigate by the stars.
The day concluded with an esparto workshop led by Azurée Ibiza Events, introducing attendees to this traditional Ibicencan craft.
An event to remember
To capture the day and create promotional material for the island, The Pure Ibiza Production filmed the event with the support of Fuse Ibiza, Nómada Production, and Savio FPV, capturing spectacular images both on land and from the air.
The event also counted on the support of Trasmapi, the Ajuntament de Santa Eulària, athlete Toni Vingut, and the APAAC (Pityusic Association for Cancer Patients Support), as well as the OQWLO platform, which managed participant registrations.
